Christmas Programs

Wow what a busy week we have had. Logan's grade sang for all the parents on Wednesday Morning. After his grade sang the parents lined the halls and cheered them back to class. On Thursday the school had pajama day. The kids all loved getting in the pj's for school. That morning Logan's class had a fairytale breakfast and later that day the school had a sing a long. We had lots of fun at all the Holiday events.

Mommy and Katy Day

Well as you all know it was Katy's birthday last week and I just wanted to share with you our day that we had. I took Katy out the weekend before her birthday. Our date started out at the movies. We saw "Enchanted". It was the perfect movie to see with a little girl who lives her life as a fairy-tail Princess. Katy managed not to talk during the whole movie. If you have not seen the movie yet it is really cute. I enjoyed it. Next we decided to go to the Mall and pick out a dress for Katy to wear at her birthday party. She picked out a very good little girl dress. I was worried because she is size 6 now and some of the dresses are kinda grown up. She is still my little girl ( sigh of relief ). To finish off our Mother, Daughter day we ate lunch at Olive Garden. She was so cute when we got there. "It looks just like Cinderella's house," she said. I never noticed before but it really dose look like Cinderella's cottage. We took some Pictures outside, much cheaper than going to Disneyland. Katy got really shy when our waiter was around but otherwise was on her best est behavior. We had some great talks and it was really funny to hear her take of the movie. She really looks at the world in her own way. Then it was finally time to go home but we sure had a wonderful time. We can't wait for next year.

Good News / Bad News

Well the good news is I finally got my camera. Yippy Yippy Yippy.
The bad news is Lilly has declared war against my computer. She has a fit if I even look at it. I used to be able to put Barney on TV and get my computer time in, not anymore! But I won the battle today so here are some recent pics.

Big State Festival

We went to the Big State Music Festival and had an absolute blast. Check out Logan's air guitar. They had lots of things for the kids to do like fishing, hair painting, dance lessons, rock climbing and a jet ski game. We played all the fun kids stuff during the day and rocked out to some great music at night. It was a two day event and it closed with Tim McGraw. We tyred to stay for Like it Love it but it was raining and the poor kids were getting pitiful. It was a fun weekend and I am glad I got to share it with my kids.
